Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where JessieBoutiqe.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only Florida.

What is your return policy?

Refunds are not permitted.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for these. Permitted returned items will be given an online store credit only with no exceptions.  Your store credit will be available through the account used to purchase the item, and does not expire.  Please note, if an item is returned and free shipping was received, a $12.00 shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.  Items bought with a COUPON CODE can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Pre-Order:

Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis.  We will not accept cancellations on pre-order items.  Only if we are unable to fill your order we will issue a full refund.

How do I make a return/exchange?
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Shipping Information: 

All Standard Delivery Orders will be processed within 2-7 business days.

All items that are shipped will require indirect signature upon delivery. If you would like for "no signature required" delivery, please state so under comments box at check-out. 

All overnight orders will be delivered within the next business day.

All 2nd day orders will be delivered within 2 business days.
