REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these. Permitted items will be given an online store credit only with no exceptions. 
Please note if an item is returned and free shipping was received, a $12 shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL TAGS still attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.

International shipping

Please note that duties and taxes are not included in any of our prices. Your package may obtain additional duties and taxes fees issued by customs in your country as your package is in transit to you and these are out of our control. The customer is responsible for paying all additional fees required by customs. 

International Orders – Refused Shipments

For all international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges required by their country's customs authorities. If an order is refused or delivery is declined because the customer does not wish to pay these charges, the package may be returned to us by the carrier. Since DHL charges us return transportation fees for refused shipments, a $50 USD return processing fee will be deducted from any eligible web credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
